herb of the week

this week is about the herb Astragalus, and like most herbs there is not enough scientific evidence to determine  whether or not it is effective for any or all treatments.
Astragalus is used for common cold, upper respiratory infections, allergies, fibromyalgia, anemia, HIV/AIDS, and to strengthen and regulate the immune system. it is also used for chronic fatigue syndrome, kidney disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Astragalus is commonly uses in combination with other herbs. I use this here personally for my Epsien Barr Virus to help with my already compromised immune system.
Have a wonderful week. Thank you

Thanks for writing about the herb Astragalus. It is a great information for me to learn about it. I read from many people about the different herbs people use and it is also great with its benefits.
